Hyatt Carmel Highlands Wedding in Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA

There’s much to be said about Hyatt Carmel Highlands. For a wedding guest, the views are beautiful. They literally have ceremonies on a deck that is sitting over a cliff along a rocky coastline. Like I’ve seen wedding guest daze at the views and completely forget they are supposed to be witnessing a marriage happen right in front of them. Whether it’s foggy or sunny, no matter what, the view is simply gorgeous. It’s minutes away from downtown Carmel where are the best restaurants are and beautiful architecture in tiny little streets where the buildings aren’t identified by numbers. It’s only 15 mins away from the north end of Big Sur, I really don’t have to explain much about that. Besides the fact that I’m a preferred vendor there, it really is one of my favorite venues to photograph at because everything is all in one place. I’m basically bumping shoulders with guests during cocktail hour and all I have to do is be prepared for a great moment to happen.
